If a product is not listed on the website, can you order
it for me?
We will do our best to source the product
you are looking for but as we need to order in bulk,
a minimum order may be required. ^top
Is
there a minimum order requirement?
No, there is no mimimum order requirement
for items listed on our website, however if you require
a special item we do not stock there may be a minimum
requirement. As a suggestion in order to minimise the
freight costs for you, we recommend a minimum order
of $20.00. ^top
How do I make an order?
To make a purchase,
you can browse through our store and add the products
you would like to order to your shopping cart. Once
you have finished shopping, click on the view cart tab
to be shown an itemised list of your shopping selections.
Our store will automatically calculate your shipping
costs based on the state you select for delivery.
Once you are happy with your order
click on "checkout" and you will be asked to select
your preferred payment method of, Direct Deposit, Cheque,
Money Order, or Paypal. Paypal is our preferred payment
option as it gives you the ability to shop and pay securely
online using your credit card even if you don't have
a Paypal account.
If you are a new customer, you will
then be asked to fill in your shipping details, and
if you like create an account with us, or if you are
a returning customer and already logged in, your shipping
details will be available for you and you can proceed
to the payment processing stage. If you have selected
Paypal, you will be directed to their website to securely
enter your credit card details or login if you are already
a Paypal member. If you have selected to pay by direct
deposit, cheque or money order, you will be contacted
by email with payment instructions. ^top
Can
I order in bulk, e.g. for my wedding?
Yes, we can order in our specialty wedding confectionery
for you with some notice of the type and quantity of
items you wish to order. If an item you would like to
buy in bulk is not coming up with the bulk selection
cost on the website, please call to let us know and
we will set it up for you or take your order over the

What
happens to my personal information once I have placed
an order?
Customers’ personal information is
not sold, rented or made available to anyone outside
of Sweet Dreams Confectionary. We do keep customer names
and addresses on file but for no other use than to fill
your order. ^top

can't remember my customer login details. What do I
do?
Just contact us using our contact
form and we will email your username and password to
your email address stored in our system. ^top

have a discount coupon I recieved with a previous order.
Where do I enter the code?
You discount voucher you recieved with your previous
order will allow you to recieve a discount on your next
order or a free item, with your next order. All you
have to do to redeem your voucher is enter the code
supplied to you when prompted at checkout. ^top

payment methods do you accept for orders?
We accept Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money
Order, or Paypal. Paypal is our preferred payment option
as it gives you the ability to shop and pay securely
online using your credit card even if you don't have
a Paypal account. Please allow a couple of extra days
for delivery of orders paid by cheque as we don't send
out the order until payment has cleared. ^top
How
do you pack the orders?
Orders are packed in bubble wrap, then
placed inside ShurTuff Durable Mailers a tougher, lighter
mail bag that are safe and easy to use.These mail bags
are highly resistant to tearing and punctures and are
water-resisitant. The ShurTuff mail bags are made of
multi-later polyolefin film with a matte outside layer.
ShurTuff mail bags are self sealing with a tamper resistant
seal that keeps your contents secure. For delicate items
such as crisps and drinks, we used recycled boxes to
keep your items safe. ^top
How
do you ship the orders?
For shipping and handling within Australia,
we use Australia Post. Your order should be received
within 1-2 business days in major cities and 2-4 business
days for country deliveries. Please allow a little extra
time for busy postal periods such as Christmas and Easter
holidays. ^top
How
much does postage cost?
Postage costs are calculated using
Australia Posts standard charges, a table of which can
be found here.
For orders 250g and under the standard cost for anywhere
in Australia is $4.20. For orders above 250g and below
500g the standard cost is $5.40. For orders above 500g
and under 3kg the cost is approximately $10 depending
on your state and location. We are located in Adelaide
so all postage rates will be calculated with Adelaide
as the base location. Our shopping cart will give you
a postage calculation before checkout. If your still
unsure, give us a call and we will be happy to help
you with your order.
We offer
free delivery for certain area's in SA (Minimum $20 order),
including Blackwood, Coromandel Valley, Bellevue Heights,
Belair, Marion, Brighton, Pasadena, Edwardstown and
surrounding area's. Just select the free delivery option at checkout
after you enter your customer details.

Are
you able to track the delivery of orders?
We endevour to post your items using
express post whenever possible which is able to be tracked
by Australia Post and delivers to you by the next business
day, so you recieve your items as fast as possible.
With standard post, we are unable to track your order,
but if you would like your order to be shipped using
registered post please select the Registered Post option
in the shipping options tab at checkout.
Once an order has been lodged with Australia
Post in the rare event that something goes astray, we
cannot be held responsible for the missing post. Claims
can be lodged with Australia Post for missing items
up to the value of $50 if the postal reciept is presented
to Australia Post. ^top
What
happens if my order is damaged during shipping?
All orders are securely packaged and
in good condition when they are despatched and we cannot
be held responsible for damages which occur in transit
due to environmental conditions or the carrier. We will
do our best to ensure your order is packaged so damage
does not occur and if the damage is a result of our
packaging then you will recieve a replacement product.

is your returns policy?
If, in the unlikely event, the products
you receive are not in a merchantable condition, please
provide us with full details using our contact page
and we will forward you instructions on where to return
the product.
Once received, we will assess the
product and if found to be faulty, we will send you
a replacement product and refund the cost of freight.
Please note: we do our best to ensure that goods are
shipped in excellent condition and cannot accept responsibility
for environmental conditions encountered once a product
