To make a purchase, you can browse through our store and add the products you would like to order to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click on the view cart tab to be shown an itemised list of your shopping selections. Our store will automatically calculate your shipping costs based on the state you select for delivery.

Once you are happy with your order click on "checkout" and you will be asked to select your preferred payment method of, Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money Order, or Paypal. Paypal is our preferred payment option as it gives you the ability to shop and pay securely online using your credit card even if you don't have a Paypal account.

If you are a new customer, you will then be asked to fill in your shipping details, and if you like create an account with us, or if you are a returning customer and already logged in, your shipping details will be available for you and you can proceed to the payment processing stage. If you have selected Paypal, you will be directed to their website to securely enter your credit card details or login if you are already a Paypal member. If you have selected to pay by direct deposit, cheque or money order, you will be contacted by email with payment instructions.

For shipping and handling within Australia, we use Australia Post. Your order should be received within 1-2 business days in major cities and 2-4 business days for country deliveries. Please allow a little extra time for busy postal periods such as Christmas and Easter holidays.

Our postage costs are based on Australia Post standard parcel shipping rates plus handling charges, but where ever possible we will select the most cost effective shipping method, so we can pass the savings on to you. As we have no minimum orders, we add a $1 fee to cover packaging costs.

We offer free delivery for certain area's in SA, including suburbs located between Post Code 5042 and 5052 Please call or email if you live in a free delivery area and we will give you a coupon code to use at checkout.
